At Just Breathe. Weddings & Events, our internship program is not observational—it’s transformational.

Designed for driven, curious, and capable emerging leaders, our internship experience is intentionally structured to develop real-world skills in event production, client service, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Interns don’t sit on the sidelines. They become part of the team.

This is an opportunity for students and young professionals who are ready to learn by doing, ask thoughtful questions, take initiative, and contribute meaningfully to high-level weddings and events. Our internship program is offered on a limited, as-needed basis and is not always open for application.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Interns at Just Breathe. are learners and doers. Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting wedding and event execution (on-site and behind the scenes)

  • Assisting with timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination

  • Participating in client communication and preparation

  • Learning planning systems, tools, and workflows

  • Contributing to creative brainstorming and problem-solving

  • Observing leadership in action—and stepping into it when ready

 

No two weeks look the same. Our interns gain a realistic, hands-on understanding of what it takes to deliver seamless, joyful events.

Interns are encouraged to:
