A true winter wonderland wedding, this couple knew exactly what they wanted and made it happen. They were extremely organized and did almost everything DIY so their planning started early. Consulting with them was a breeze helping to fine tune ideas & vision. Day of coordination included help with venue & decor setup, ceremony rehearsal with timeline & floor plan creation so they could enjoy their friends & family.
“When picking a wedding venue, it is very important to go with the venue that goes above and beyond for you. As soon as we met Rachael we knew that she would go above and beyond in order to make us have the wedding of our dreams. Rachael was so welcoming and warm from the moment we met her. When we discussed our wedding ideas with her she also gave us some ideas of her own. The days following after the tour, Rachael checked in with us via email and asked what she could do in order to help us decide on our venue. When we sat down and compared the two venues we were torn between one of the big factors that helped us decide on our venue was Rachael. Rachael made our wedding a priority from day one, we knew that if she did this before we signed with the venue she worked for then she would be amazing throughout the whole process.
Over the course of a year and half we emailed back and forth constantly, every question we had Rachael made sure to answer. As the time to our wedding came closer Rachael made sure to ease our nerves and accommodate our needs. When the headcount and seating chart were due, Rachael worked with us when people backed out and helped us rearrange the seating chart.
The week before our wedding we met with Rachael to drop off the table settings and this is when we were assured once again we picked the right venue because Rachael told us that the day before our wedding she would be there to help us set up. When we pulled up with tons of cars filled with decorations, Rachael helped us unload the decorations. While decorating Rachael helped us out a ton and we managed to get the decorating done within four hours which we thought would be impossible since we had a ton of decorations.
The day of our wedding finally came, and Rachael ensured that everything ran smooth. Rachael ran around all day making sure everything was set up appropriately and that our night was everything we dreamed of. The Monday after our wedding Rachael came to the venue to help us undecorate and pack everything up. Throughout the whole process Rachael felt like a friend or part of the family, when the wedding was over we were sad that we would not be working with her anymore. Rachael helped us throughout our wedding so much and we are so lucky that she could help us carryout the wedding of our dreams. Rachael is the nicest, kindest, and sweetest wedding planner and we would recommend her services to anyone!”
